1st-2nd Graders: Introduction to Basketball and Building Confidence
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6pm – 7pm
In this early stage, our goal is to foster a love for the game while introducing basic skills and movements. Young athletes will learn foundational skills that will serve as building blocks for their basketball journey.

Introduction to basic basketball skills (dribbling, shooting, passing)

Focus on motor skills and hand-eye coordination

Building teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship

Fun, engaging activities that develop a love for basketball

Establishing good habits and a strong mindset for growth

Small Group Training for grades 1 – 2

Athletes train a maximum of 2 days per week (see calendar)
