3rd-4th Graders: Strengthening Fundamentals and Functional Movement
Mondays & Wednesdays 7pm – 8pm
This stage builds on the basics by strengthening key fundamentals and introducing functional movement for more advanced skills. Players will learn how to apply their skills in game-like situations.

Strengthening dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques

Developing court awareness and positioning

Introduction to functional strength exercises tailored to young athletes

Focus on building agility, speed, and balance

Emphasis on sportsmanship, leadership, and mental toughness

Small Group Training for grades 3 – 4

Athletes train a maximum of 2 days per week (see calendar)

Training sessions are 45-minutes long

Membership renews automatically every 30 days.
