3rd-4th Graders: Strengthening Fundamentals and Functional Movement

Mondays & Wednesdays 7pm – 8pm

This stage builds on the basics by strengthening key fundamentals and introducing functional movement for more advanced skills. Players will learn how to apply their skills in game-like situations.

  • Strengthening dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques

  • Developing court awareness and positioning

  • Introduction to functional strength exercises tailored to young athletes

  • Focus on building agility, speed, and balance

  • Emphasis on sportsmanship, leadership, and mental toughness

  • Small Group Training for grades 3 – 4

  • Athletes train a maximum of 2 days per week (see calendar)

  • Training sessions are 45-minutes long

  • Membership renews automatically every 30 days.
